2025 Annual Meeting
BHA’s 2025 Annual Meeting will be held in-person and online via Zoom on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 9:00am in the BHA Center's Generator Society Hall (111 Lighthouse Wynd.). The meeting will be recorded and posted online within 72 hours after the event for viewing on your own schedule.

Proxy — Proxy was included in your mailed copy of the Annual Report which also has your registration number on the cover. If you did not recieve it, email  Diane Mesaris  for a paper proxy prior to the deadline of Wednesday, January 22, 2025, 4:00pm .


Ballot — Available only on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 9:00-10:00am during the Annual Meeting.  All ballots must be received by 10:00am on January 25, 2025, to be counted.  The ballot is available only during that time a t BHA's office (111 Lighthouse Wynd) during the meeting.   Email   Diane Mesaris   or call 910-457-4676, ext. 21 with any questions.

2025 Smith Island Social 

Saturday 1/25/25; 6:00-10:00pm @ BHI Club ~ Ocean Room & Terrace
Come dance the night away with DJ Josh Sobel and join the fun of our Silent Auction benefiting the BHI Pollinator Garden.  
$75/pp includes includes event entry & meal. All beverages will be available to be separately purchased via member sign or credit card for nonmembers.
